Hi my name is Teresa. We all know the saying A Little Bit of Help goes a Long Way. I am offering exactly that, a little bit of help. A little bit of help to keep you independent, safe and happy. I offer regular and reliable support to suit you whether this is shopping, housework, cooking or preparing meals, companionship, or getting you out and about whether for appointments or a lovely day out. The choice is all yours. Sometimes you might need a bit of help with shopping and another week you might need some help with the housework. I am flexible to fit around you. I can even help with pets, paperwork, and basic computer skills. I know it can be hard accepting someone into your home or accepting help at all. I have seen this with my parents, and this is why I wanted to set up my own small business. I wanted to offer a personal and flexible approach to supporting people in their own homes, so people see the same friendly face at the same time on the days they want. I have a background in care including working with older adults, children and people with learning difficulties and mental health needs.
