I am excited to be registering for this position. I think that I’m well equipped to becoming a micro provider. Micro providing tracks perfectly with my abilities, I am a very thorough and organised individual who works well in both a team environment and on my own initiative. I have a mature and responsible attitude towards my work. I treat all people with equality and respect, being open minded at all times. The standards I work at are exceptional thriving to be the best I can be. Being able to take instructions and direction and a clear understanding of written instructions. In employment and previous employment I have gained personal development, COSHH, manual handling, Emergency first aid, Meds training, numerous on site training and certification with Lifeways Dorothy Delooze group. My expertise are working with people with cerebral palsy, multiple cirrhosis, Duchenne muscular dystrophy,Alzheimer’s.I have loads of energy and am at my best when working under pressure. I’m a very enthusiastic person that is looking for a new challenge. will be micro providing as well as being employed and still working along side a fellow micro provider.
