My main aim is to support vulnerable people to live a fulfilling and independent life as far as possible. As a micro service provider my focus is completely on my service user and is always person centred. Essentially this means you’re the boss! It is you, the service user, who drives the service you require and who sets the goals you want to achieve, forming an adaptive and responsive service where service users’ needs and voices are heard. I aim to provide service users with a fun, thoughtful and goal orientated support worker who is professional, approachable and relaxed. I encourage creativity and any ideas whilst maintaining a safe and responsible environment to explore community access and explore resources that enable them to achieve their desired goals. For service users who have an interest in photography a range of camera equipment and a laptop will be made available along with a comprehensive introduction to the equipment. So GOALS: 1. To ensure service users get what they want and need whether this means traveling, help with banking, shopping or any daily task. 2. To support service users with projects and to provide a safe space to explore ideas 3. To provide access to the community and it’s resources 4. To encourage and support any voluntary work in areas that may be important to the service use 5. To provide companionship and a social aspect to service users lives.
