Hello. Let me introduce myself. My name is Pat. I am married with two grown up children. I am family orientated. I enjoy being able to bring happiness to people’s lives. I have lots of experience with Autistic Spectrum disorder. I have passed several qualifications as listed: teaching Assistant Level 2, Childcare Learning Development Level 3, Level 2 Principles in Dementia, Currently working towards Level 3 Principles in Dementia. I have also been working for the past two years in a specialist Dementia Home. I can offer companionship visits, sleep ins, and to give people that peace of mind things are taken care of, whilst promoting independence by someone who genuinely cares. With every package, I complete a person-centred support plan based solely on needs and choices to suit clients. Full support with aspects of personal care. I am fully trained in the above with business insurance to ensure I can use my vehicle to support clients. I am available if need at short notice
