Description
I have 20 years experience working within registered provisions working my way up from a support worker to a deputy manager taking overall responsibility for the complexities within the homes. I am very experienced and passionate about providing positive outcomes for our most vulnerable, this includes challenging behaviour, LD, mental health, End of Life care, Epilepsy management , medication administration and auditing, dementia care and more recently with the NHS working on repertory ward.

I am very willing to be open to negation and I can be very flexible at this stage. I am keen to ensure I work on a full time basis.
