Description
Danesboro community support service provides support to people in their own homes. The range of support covered is domiciliary, social and medical. Domiciliary; Support with shopping and meal preparation. Help with basic domestic tasks ie cleaning and laundry. Social; support to organise social contact and events. Family contact. Daily exercise. Medical; supported visits to medical appointments hospital, doctors and dentist. Support can be provided on a one off basis, , part of a rehabilitation programme, or regular pre-arranged times. We have over 30 years of experience and a qualified back ground in social care to social work manager level. Personal care is not provided.
