Full-Time Yoga Teacher offering a service to those who really need it. Finding a little time to focus on the body and mind. Numerous studies have consistently demonstrated the preventative and curative benefits of yoga on a variety of mental health and physical conditions, helping to improve the lives and wellbeing of people of all ages, and from all walks of life. Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and of course mental and emotional well-being. Evidence shows that, regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains also depression, anxiety & stress. It is never too late to start Yoga and you do not have to be physically fit and flexible to take part!! It’s all about finding a little space and time to relax and moving the body.
