Description
I have been in the care sector for 22 years working in the same care home for this time. I have either my way up to deputy manager having my level 3 and 4 in health and social care. I am moving and handling trainer . I also have dementia level 3 mental health level 2. Safeguarding health and safety food hygiene Dols mental capacity equality and diversity challenging behaviour hydration oral hygiene Legionella fire marshal and medication administration. I am wanting to work for myself now and help those stay in there own homes fit as long as possible with the best quality of life they can fulfil there with a person centered approach I will treat each individual with respect and dignity meeting their needs.
