Hello, my name is Sean and I have over 20 years experience within the care sector. I have been a registered manager within both a respite and assessment service and autism specific service, in addition I have also managed learning disabilities supported living services and have extensive experience supporting individuals that may challenge, supporting people with parkinsons and those living with dementia/alzheimer’s disease. Teams I have managed have gained awards for team good practice, team manager, and also outstanding care and respect by the team. So how can I support you – well however you want me to support you is the short answer, wherever possible I aim to evolve a plan of support together with you and anyone close to you should this be your wish. Any plan will place YOU at the center of it and I will always ensure that you are safe and cared for and that I am responsive to your needs and that the support I provide is effective for you.
